“IT’S NEVER TOO LATE, YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD, IT’S NEVER TOO BAD, YOU’RE NEVER TOO SICK, TO START FROM SCRATCH, TO BE BORN ONCE AGAIN”

FAQs

WHAT IF I'M NOT FLEXIBLE?

This is the most common misconception that prevents people from coming to yoga. Yoga is not about how flexible you are. Yoga develops flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance in the entire body. All that matters is that you try the right way and you will get 100 percent of the benefit!

WHY IS THE ROOM HEATED?

The room is heated to warm your muscles, allowing you to safely work deeper and detoxify the body. The heat also helps prevent injuries and gives you an intense cardiovascular workout. Breathing in the warm oxygen creates the heat on the inside first, thus working you literally from the inside out.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?

For great results, practice three times a week. For life changing results, practice more than that. Remember, even one class is better than none.

IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL NAUSEOUS OR DIZZY DURING MY FIRST FEW CLASSES?

Yes. You may feel tired or have a headache after class due to the initial detoxification of the body. With continued practice, these sensations will pass. Also, taking electrolytes and proper hydration will help immensely.
