Our teacher training program is a rigorous, unequalled, 9 week program with over 1200 hours of study!

Anne Johnson, owner of True Yoga, LLC is a local Harford county gal. She is so excited to bring this yoga to the community where she grew up and where her family has resided since the 1950’s!

 

True Yoga, LLC is locally owned and operated. No funds are diverted to any franchising organization or individuals.

Our COVID Protocol

True Yoga has  done an excellent job of continuing to follow all CDC protocols to protect students and staff. Our students let us know they feel comfortable being in the environment we are providing them.  

  • Students and staff are screened and temperature checked before entering the studio.


  • Wear masks inside, except in the hot room.

  • No mat or towel rentals or cold face towels at this time. I am ordering more of these to sell, if you need them. Bring your own yoga mat and towels.

  • Do not linger in the lobby and cubicle area before or after class. Outside the building is a good place for us all to chat and catch up.

  • Find your space in the hot room using the clearly marked 6 foot distancing blue tape marks and just relax...enjoy the heat!
