About True Yoga

Our teacher training program is a rigorous, unequalled, 9 week program with over 1200 hours of study!
This class is a series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayamas) practiced in an exact sequence. It is a 90 minute class that scientifically delivers total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. Restoring, revitalizing, and renewing all systems to a healthy working order. This series is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Class is practiced in a heated room (105 degrees at 40% humidity) to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout, and cleanse the body by flushing toxins. The heat and humidity also help to prevent illnesses and limit the effects of aging.
In addition, this series of postures combines skills of: concentration, patience, determination, self-control and even a little faith. This will lead you to increased mental clarity and reduced stress.
